Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment:
Full payment is required prior to your scheduled consultation or service in order to secure your booking. Your session will not take place until payment has been received.
Additional call-outs or home visits not included in your service package can be arranged where possible and are charged at CHF 100 per visit.
Payment can be made by Paypal, TWINT, Revolut, bank transfer or cash.
Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of consultations, guidance plans, and support services, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable 💛
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If GENTLE RHYTHMS needs to reschedule due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to find a mutually convenient time.

All payments are processed securely in Swiss Francs (CHF) via PayPal.
3. Digital Products & Refunds
All Gentle Rhythms resources are delivered in a digital format. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable.
4. Personal Use Only
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal-use license for use within your family. Materials may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or used for professional or commercial purposes.
5. Educational & Informational Purpose
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical, professional, or individual advice, and no fiduciary relationship is established.
6. Use of Materials
You may download and store materials for personal use. Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or public sharing of Gentle Rhythms materials is prohibited.
7. Binding Agreement
By completing your purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with Gentle Rhythms and accept these terms in full.
