Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Full payment is required prior to your scheduled consultation or service in order to secure your booking. Your session will not take place until payment has been received.

Additional call-outs or home visits not included in your service package can be arranged where possible and are charged at CHF 100 per visit.

Payment can be made by Paypal, TWINT, Revolut, bank transfer or cash.

Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of consultations, guidance plans, and support services, all payments are non-refundable.

 

Nutritional Consultation Payments & Insurance Reimbursement:

 

Nutrition may be eligible for reimbursement through supplementary medicine insurance with participating Swiss health insurance providers (cassa malati).

Consultations are paid directly by the client at the time of service. Following your appointment, you will receive a receipt and the required QualiCert reimbursement form to submit to your Swiss health insurer for reimbursement.

Reimbursement is subject to your individual supplementary insurance policy and the terms of your insurer. Please verify your coverage directly with your health insurance provider before booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable 💛

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

If GENTLE RHYTHMS needs to reschedule due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to find a mutually convenient time.
